It’s been a bit of time since I last e-mailed you. I like to try and get to it once a week. I think that’s a good amount, not too much or too little. But I think it’s been a tad longer this time. So I am sending this really wonderful quote I found.

Yesterday I was doing an energy healing for a sweet, eager woman who is on her path to opening up her own intuitive path. I was explaining to her something very much like the above, just maybe not as poetically.

Here’s kind of how I put it. “Work hard on yourself. Make it the number one priority. Meditate every day. Learn something new every day and grow. If you are diligent with your work on yourself it will open up your heart…the wisest part of yourself. You will gain clarity like you never have had before. You will be able to see the essence and beauty of people underneath all the layers they put on themselves. You will connect with people like we were meant to connect, in a deep and powerful way that will bring you the greatest meaning in life. You will feel, really feel, nature and energy all around you. It will open up your soul to a higher self that understands that we are all energy and are all connected. You will feel one with all that is living in a loving and safe way. You will be confident in knowing what serve you and the world and what doesn’t. You will more easily let go of what doesn’t serve you, protect yourself more naturally from harm and be at peace.”

Yes, I’m a bit more wordy than Deepak Chopra, quoted above but maybe that gives you another way to understand.

As I write this I am sitting outside on my upstairs deck, a simple abode created by New Chuck. My husband Chuck built it for me last year. I had asked for it for all the 20-plus years we lived here. It was after he had his awakening a few years back that he began to fulfill the wishes I have had for our old home for so many years. It’s simple, my deck, maybe even rustic, just the way I like it. It’s just large enough for a patio table and chairs, where I can write and where we can eat. I also enjoy my morning coffee up here. He even got me solar powered little butterfly lights that light up at night. I am so looking forward to being able to see the stars from up here at night. It’s the simple things that make the difference in life. I hope you too have simple pleasures every day.

Always written with love to you,

Sandy Kamen Wisniewski
