One of my challenges is making sure I drink enough water. I have a new water bottle that I really like. I know, that may so strange to even mention the water bottle. But I like the shape of the spout, how the shape of the bottle wraps around my hand and the feel of the bumps and ridges on it. I also like the color. It’s a peaceful serene color.
We hear it all the time from health professionals that we need to drink more water. But that simple-sounding task isn’t so simple for many people and many people don’t drink enough. Many don’t take it seriously enough. I am one of those people. BUT I am working on changing that mind set and habit.
When I feel achy joints, I am feeling fatigued and seem hungry when I have no reason to be I stop and think about it. I ask myself, why am I feeling this way? What could it be? Then I explore it and it usually quickly comes to water…or lack of it.
Today I am so grateful that I can fix fatigue, achy joints and hunger by simply increasing my water intake. It’s so easy to fix! Chug-a-lug!!
