In the past 20 years so much has changed. We get busier and busier and more fragmented, juggling too many projects and activities and keeping our noses in our computers and cell phones way too much. We humans have a tendency to do things to extremes and I believe this is our extreme now.

Finding balance I believe is vital to our well-being. Balance with family, friends, work and play. When we tip that scale in one way too much it can cause a disconnect and stress which is exactly what is not good for our health.

Human beings are meant to be connected, to share, to care and to love each other. It’s vital to our health and well-being.
