If you have an older, calm, dog and people friendly dog that is current on vaccines you are welcome to bring him or her. Join a small group of people as Sandy leads them in a meditation.  We sit in chairs.  Each time we meet for the meditation Sandy does different meditations.  Afterwards we have a short conversation.  

Join us for a fun and relaxing guided meditation with dogs.  We will have dogs there but if you have a calm, people and dog friendly dog you are welcome to bring him/her.  We appreciate a $5.00 donation to Animal Education and Rescue in lieu of payment.
